Laurie is involved with 4 networking organizations. She and her husband Phil have been partners in business for almost 10 years and have owned and operated 3 businesses in Chesterfield County. She is commited to providing excellence in service, practicing ethics in business and contributing to the overall economic growth of the Richmond community.

Phil Edwards
For over 25 years Philip Edwards has been servicing Richmond's heating and cooling systems. His experience as a technician in the field, in management and as an HVAC business owner has made him a leader in his field and an expert on your HVAC and duct systems.

In the past several years, more and more emphasis has been placed on the quality of the air that we breathe in our homes and how it can affect our health. In 2003, Philip attended a certification course for mold remediation in Atlanta Georgia to learn more about this important subject. Because of the feedback from his HVAC customers and what he learned through his research and training, Philip began to recognize the need for a service that would address these concerns. After researching all of the available equipment and technology, he settled on a vacuum truck that had the capability to clean a 10 story building.

Phil brings the following professional qualifications to the work:

  • Master HVAC tradesman's license
  • Universal Refrigerant Certification
  • R410 certification
  • Refrigeration Service Engineer's Society Certification
  • Mold Remediation Certification from Enviro-Mold IAQ Services
  • Trane Tracer and Trane Tracer Summit Certified in controls
  • ASCS (Air Systems Cleaning Specialist) Certification
  • Working towards CVI
